Overview

C360 Supply is a B2B marketplace designed to simplify how wholesale CBD products are discovered, compared, and purchased. The platform focuses on providing clarity, transparency, and efficiency for business owners navigating an emerging industry.

The Challenge

Business owners often struggled to identify trustworthy CBD suppliers due to inconsistent product information, unclear pricing, and lack of verification. Purchasing was slow, confusing, and required extensive manual research.

Approach

I used a research-driven, user-centered design approach to identify key pain points and redesign the purchasing experience to emphasize clarity and trust.

Solution

The redesigned marketplace supports reliable decision-making by centralizing suppliers, standardizing product details, and streamlining checkout. The result is a clearer, faster, and more dependable buying experience.

Competitive & Comparative Analysis

Few competitors offered trustworthy comparison tools or consistently verified product details. This gap presented an opportunity to differentiate through information clarity and transparency.

User Interviews

Interviews with small retail owners revealed several recurring pain points:

  • Difficulty verifying product quality and supplier legitimacy
  • Inconsistent or missing lab test documentation
  • Confusing checkout flows that slowed purchasing
  • Unclear or non-standardized product descriptions

The primary persona represented a wellness shop owner looking for reliable suppliers, predictable pricing, and products backed by verifiable quality.

The marketplace was designed to support fast and confident evaluation of products.

Testing

Usability testing validated that consistent product information and simplified flows increased trust and reduced decision time. Iterations improved clarity in terminology, layout, and navigation.
